Worst car rental experience ever. Budget promised free insurance for our car rental - but still charged for insurance. Also, with their own words, they gave us upgraded car without us knowing that - and they charged us higher price because for that car. Please end your co-work with this shitty company! Also their customer service is super mean and non-professional, when we contacted them and wanted to clear things like adults. So sad :(

This rental location is a mess, and in a bad neighborhood. They did not have digital documents and used a dot matrix printer. To top it allnoff, they are trying to charge me $200 more than what the reservation says. Make sure to read the charges on the contract before you sign, even if the document is on paper printed from a dot matrix printer.

Car was very dirty and I had to asked for either a swap or for it to be cleaned again — it was cleaned again, but still dirty. Crumbs, spider web, looks like last driver had a pet in there… quite uncomfortable to be honest.

Went to pick up the car at the Hertz counter in Buffalo and there were 20-25 people waiting for cars to be cleaned and ready. It would be a 2-3 hour wait to pick up our car. Obviously this is unacceptable. We rented from Avis instead and canceled our rental with Hertz.
