when I picked up the Tesla, it only had 150 miles on it when we signed up for it it said it could go up to 280. I was planning on going to see the art exhibit which was an hour away, and the creation museum. when I returned the car, they didn’t really give me instructions. They said it was due the next day but the ticket I had said it was due back at 7 PM. There were not a lot of charging stations either. I wish it would’ve been fully charged when I left. Made the trip a little bit more stressful trying to figure out where I could charge it and get it back in time.

The pickup was slow, took awhile because there was only 1 computer working and very confusing. The agent actually took a call during my pick up! I also had to go through the reservation process even though I prepaid. Drop off was really easy!

They gave me a car with issues and then when I went to exchange it and was told by customer service that a certain location had cars to exchange, it turned out they did not so I had to find another location, wasting half my day.

I waited over an hour from the time I arrived until the vehicle was ready. When I got the vehicle it strongly smelled like cigarette smoke. That smell was there the entire time. Thankfully my son took detailed pictures of the vehicle when we picked it up. At drop off, they tried to claim that we were responsible for existing damage to the vehicle. We had the pictures to prove the damage was already there. Overall a bad experience.
