Location was not in the airport as described. After trekking across a parking area and field to the location we discovered our car had been given away because we missed the reservation time by about 1/2 an hour. (I had tried to change the pick up time on line multiple times prior to arrival but the website wasn’t working properly.) Our friend’s reservation was still good, but the proposed car looked sketchy and the employee who met us tried to force him to pay a bunch of previously hidden fees. We walked back to the airport and booked with Hertz, who were very professional and kind.
