The only problem was , at the counter. They wouldn't accept my driver's license, due to it not scanning. I was put in a bad position. I understand it was in bad shape, but all other ID I had showed I was me. I was mad but was able to get a copy of it online. The agent was very helpful when she told me about it. All that put me over an hour late and was very stressful.. Thank you

The pick up was supposed to be at the Mesa Airport and it was not. I called and kept being placed on hold. Once I managed the discuss with someone, all they could do is cancel and refund my money. I still needed a rental car. Therefore I took at a cab to the pick up location and it was over $100.00. Not impressed.
